The property market within the North Devon region has had a slow couple months - online activity has shown new properties and new instructions have been lower than normal - creating poor supply and decreasing choice for any potential buyers.
The New Year, whether its late January or early February, will see more property coming to the market and there will be plenty of house buyers ready to pounce - BREXIT was seen, for some, as a reason for a slow winter period, it might have effected the market slightly but we will probably not see significant effects of BREXIT for a while, if ever...
