Established by Kevin J. Bright FRICS in 1982 as a 27 year old having qualified through examination with the ISVA (Incorporated Society of Valuers and Auctioneers) as an Associate thereafter being elected as a Fellow in 1985 until an institutional merger with the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) in the year 2000.
Having traded under the name KEVIN BRIGHT for over 25 years, 2008 has seen a rebrand to BRIGHTS (of Bideford).
A proudly independent and local general practice avoiding the trappings of corporate identity and controls, now affording vast experience within the property world especially within the Torridge District of North Devon.
Having handled and co-ordinated 1000’s of transactions over the years of widely varying property types for both vendor and purchaser clients.
